Here is a quick appetizing recipe made from our Hara Bhara Kebab that you can follow to quickly roll-up a veg Kebab paratha for your hunger.
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 – 2/3 cup water
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Butter for roasting paratha and kebabs
Thinly cut Capsicum
½ cup chopped Onion
2 to 3 slices of Tomato
¼ cup of Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
¼ tsp chaat masala
1 cup of Coriander leaves
½ cup of Mint leaves
2 green chillies
¼ tsp salt
¼ cumin seeds
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of water
1 whole lemon
Preparation
Preparation of Dough
Take a bowl and put whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder & oil. Mix them well.
Add water according to need and knead dough till it’s soft and bonded together.
Now cover the dough with a cotton cloth and keep aside.
Preparation of green chutney
In a mixing Jar put Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds, lemon,
cloves of garlic, water and salt to taste and mix them well to make a fine paste.
Preparation of Paratha
In a hot pan place the chapati prepared from kneaded dough.
After one side is half cooked, turn it over and apply butter on both sides.
Cook it from both sides well till it turns golden brown in color.
Preparation of Veg Kebab
In a hot pan pour oil and let it heat till frying temperature.
Gently cut the Frozzo’s Hara Bhara Kebab packet and take out the Hara Bhara Kebab from the packet.
Put them in the hot oil to deep fry them until golden brown.
How to Make Hara Bhara Kebab Paratha
- Place Paratha in a plate and one-by-one place the cooked Hara Bhara Kebab on it.
- Take a spoon and smash Hara Bhara Kebab gently to release all its flavors on paratha.
- Now sprinkle chopped onion and place thinly cut capsicum and sliced tomato on smashed Kebabs.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala & salt to taste.
- Now spread Mayonnaise & Ketchup on top and roll-up the paratha carefully.
